Quality and Information Security Management Systems Policy

SDM adopts the following principles in order to ensure the security of the information assets it is using and the continuity of the quality of the services it provides;

Accessible and measurable Information Security and Quality targets are identified and followed.

Quality and Information Security Management System and business processes; constantly monitors, improves and provides the necessary resources to improve performance and value created in all business areas.

Identifies the information it possesses, evaluates the security risks that may be encountered. Identifies all Information Security vulnerabilities and suspected weak points and takes necessary measures. It protects the Information Security level and the reputation of the company from the effects that may be damaging.

It is aware that Information Security and Quality is a corporate responsibility. Identifies the roles, authorizes and assigns those responsible for the proper operation of Information Security controls and Quality Management processes.

To ensure the continuity of the three basic elements of the Information Security Management System in all activities carried out.

Integrity: Demonstration of the accuracy and integrity of information,

Accessibility: Demonstrating the accessibility of information to the authorized persons when necessary,

It is the primary responsibility of SDM employees to work in compliance with the requirements set out in all contracts, laws and regulations.

Ensures that all employees are aware of Information Security and Quality.
