e-Reconciliation

To start using the Logo e-Reconciliation solution, simply click the Sign Up button at the top right of https://e-mutabakat.logo.com.tr/ and enter your membership information and then click the verification link that will come to your email address.

BA, BS and Current Balance reconciliations can be done through Logo e-Reconciliation system. In addition, in cases where it is not agreed, the differences between the sent exams can be compared on the system.

The company to be reconciled does not need to be an e-Reconciliation user. The letter of reconciliation will go to the email address of the company you are sending to and the person will be able to respond to the agreement by clicking on the link on the email.

No you don't. Logo e-Reconciliation application can work independently of Logo ERP solutions.

Logo e-Reconciliation solution is integrated with Logo ERP families. Reconciliation can be sent directly via ERP and the responses can be monitored via ERP. There are services to be integrated with different ERP applications. Integration with different applications can be achieved with special work.

On the screen, in the details of each reconciliation line, it is shown in detail whether the mail has been sent to the other party or not.

In order to use Logo e-Reconciliation, you do not have to pay the module fee and monthly or annual fee. You can create your e-Reconciliations and send them by selecting any of the alternatives to e-mail, SMS and fax.

Logo e-Reconciliation system does not have legal validity for e-mail, SMS and fax transmissions. For shipments and future responses to be of legal value, the Reconciliation must be sent from your company's REM address, the counterpart's REM address, and the response must come from the remote company's REM address. We are continuing our efforts to enable Logo e-Reconciliation system to ship via REM addresses and we aim to activate this feature in March 2017.
